  • Some items like glassware or electronics are carried at the risk of the consignor.
  • Standard delivery is to the VRL godown; door delivery entails an extra charge and is tried only once.
  • Goods not picked up within seven days may be subject to storage charges and after thirty days they may be transferred to VRL’s unclaimed property division.
  • In addition, no complaints will be accepted following either 30 days from the booking or 7 days from delivery whichever comes first.
  • All legal issues come under Hubballi (Karnataka) jurisdiction.

Courier Service Terms

    • Parcels: ₹40 per kg.
  • North India:

    • Parcels: ₹69 per kg.

International Destinations

  • Colombo: ₹350 for 500 grams; ₹190 for each additional 500 grams.
  • Dhaka: ₹390 for 500 grams; ₹120 for each additional 500 grams.

  • VRL is not responsible for delays in governmental actions, strikes, or natural events.
  • Based on the booking category like Paid, To-Pay, or Account, clear payment terms will be applied.

FTL Service Charges

  • Rates: Determined based on distance, vehicle type, and load.
  • Minimum Weight Consideration: 40 kg.
  • Detention Charges: Applicable if vehicles are held beyond the stipulated time.

Additional Charges

  • Godown Charges: ₹30 per quintal or ₹30 per bulky carton per day if not collected within seven days of arrival.

Payment Options

  • Paid: Charges paid by the consignor at the time of booking.
  • To Pay: Charges paid by the consignee at the time of delivery.
  • Account Basis: For regular customers with credit arrangements.
